(i) The common name for Periplaneta Americana is the American cockroach.
(ii) Four pairs of spermathecae are present in earthworms. They are located at sixth to ninth segments (one pair in each segment). They help in receiving and storing apermatozoa during copulation.
(iii) In the cockroach, the pair of ovaries is located between 12th and 13th abdominal segments.
(iv) Ten segments are present in the abdomen of the cockroach (in both sexes).
(v) Malphigian tubules are the main excretory organs of most of the arthropods ex: cockroaches. Malphigian tubules form a part of the alimentary canal.
